The weather was perfect - barely any wind (a rarity here) and 80 degrees. Redbud layout is mostly the original course at WS - very fun, mostly open, some good strategic shots needed.
Rough is still pretty penal but rarely in play. Fairways were mostly good, just a few bare spots.
Some areas around the greens are still growing in or are void of bermudagrass. Redbud's greens were very firm although not exceptionally fast. Both courses at Winstar are still recovering from freeze/drought/green rebuilds.
